About Knutsford Races
This Meeting is one of the highlights of not only the North West Area season but also in the National Calender. Seven races are scheduled over 3 miles & 18 steeplechase fences.
The meeting has again been selected to host the National Novice Rider Final series sponsored by Dodson & Horrell and promoted by the Point To Point Owners & Riders Association.

This year the entries are 21% higher than in 2009 and we have divided the Open Maiden Race.

Open Maiden Race Division 1 - 18 entries - 2nd Race - 2:35pm
Open Maiden Race Division 2 - 19 entries - 3rd Race - 3:10pm
North West Point to Point Club Members Race - 23 entries - 4th Race - 3:45pm
Dodson & Horrell PPORA Club Members Race for Novice Riders Championship Final - 16 entries - Parade of the Cheshire Forest Hounds

Men's Open Race - 24 entries - 6th race - 5:00pm
Ladies Open Race - 29 entries - 7th Race - 5.35pm
Restricted Race - 25 entries - 8th Race - 6:10pm
10 year olds & over PPORA Club Members Race - 33 entries
Going Report Saturday 15th May - 6pm
After a sunny and windy day the going is good and good to firm in places. The course has been watered all day and will be watered on Sunday morning.
Going Report Friday 14th May - 6pm
No significant rain. Good going and will continue to water to maintain.
Going Report Thursday 13th May
Little rain this week. Watering continues with the aim of producing good safe ground.
Going Report Monday 10th May
Going on Monday 10th May is Good to Firm. The course is being watered to achieve Good ground on race day.
