About Knutsford Races
This Meeting is one of the highlights of not only the North West Area season but also in the National Calender. Seven races are scheduled over 3 miles & 18 steeplechase fences.
The meeting has again been selected to host the National Novice Rider Final series sponsored by Dodson & Horrell and promoted by the Point To Point Owners & Riders Association. This is the fourth year that we have been selected to hold this prestigious final.
Race Details
The curtain raiser is Pony Racing, with two races for ponies ridden by young children at 1pm.
The Point To Point steeplechases follow at 2pm, with approximately 35 minutes between races:
- 1st Race - 2:00pm
Open Maiden Race - 2nd Race
North West Point to Point Club Members Race - 3rd Race
Dodson & Horrell PPORA Club Members Race for Novice Riders Championship Final - 4th Race
Men's Open Race - 5th race
Ladies Open Race - 6th Race
Restricted Race - 7th Race
10 year olds & over PPORA Club Members Race
